Banning cigarette is more important than banning fire crackers

here are approximately 120 million smokers in India. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), India is home to 12% of the world’s smokers.

More than 10 million die each year due to tobacco in India.

One day celebration with fire crackers does not make 10 million die every year!

Even Covid-19 is not as deadly as Cigarette. But why people make so much fuss to ban fire crackers for Diwali alone? Please think aloud.
